The Public Service Department (JPA) launched its counter and café at the lobby of the JPA’s building in Jalan Kumbang Pasang on October 1.
The event began with a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat led by Counsellor Officer Haji Mohammad Adi Zaky bin Haji Matasim followed by the launches of the counter and café by JPA Acting Director-General Dr Norfarizal bin Othman.
The JPA customer counter aims to enhance the service quality as well as to provide a comfortable environment for customers when dealing with the department. The café is provided for the convenience of the JPA’s staff and customers.
The café is operated by Chill-V Kopitiam Restaurant and started operations on Thursday. It is open from 7am to 4pm from Monday to Thursday, and Saturday.
