New Joint Force Commander appointed

The Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) held a handover ceremony between outgoing Commander Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim and incoming Commander Brigadier General Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abdul Kadir at the Wira Seni Hall of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Band, Bolkiah Garrison.

Also present at the ceremony were the Deputy Joint Force Commander, senior officers, officers, Sergeant Major JF and other ranks of JFHQ.

The ceremony started with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a farewell speech by the outgoing Joint Force Commander. It continued with the signing of the handing over certificate.

The newly appointed Joint Force Commander Brigadier General Haji Abdul Razak delivered his inaugural speech as the 6th Joint Force Commander.

The ceremony concluded with a Doa led by Operational Officer from the RBAF Religious Department (JAMA’AT) Captain Mohammad Ayza Azrine bin Ayahani, and a photo session with JFHQ personnel.
