The Malaysian High Commission in Brunei Darussalam and Persatuan Kebajikan Melayu SeMalaysia held a Korban ceremony at the High Commission of Malaysia in Jalan Kebangsaan on Sunday.
The ceremony was held in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration.
Charge d’Affaires at the Malaysian High Commission Nadia Azura binti Mohd Nudri was present.
Forty-one people participated in the programme that saw six cows slaughtered. A total of 230kg meat was distributed to the underprivileged residing around the area.
Meanwhile, another 230kg of the sacrificial meat was distributed to Malaysians residing in the country via drive-through.
