Local fashion designer Fadzil Hadin will be the first Bruneian to be featured at International Digital Fashion Week (IDFW) via Fashion News Lifestyle (FNL) Network channel based in Los Angeles.

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, fashion weeks across the globe have been cancelled or postponed to ensure public health and safety. With major changes being made to the fashion industry during this time, FNL Network began innovating new ways to bring fashion back to the public.

Fadzil will participate in the ASEAN Fashion Designers Showcase, a partner of the FNL Network, and in the inaugural event in September, along with 21 other fashion designers from Singapore, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

FNL Network will launch the first ever IDFW for designers from around the world to showcase their new collections. IDFW encompasses an array of original fashion content for a global audience, and esteemed designers are invited to participate for free.

IDFW will allow renowned fashion houses and designers such as Furne One, Christian Siriano, The Blonds, Iceberg, Genny and Elisabetta Franchi to broadcast latest collections to a larger audience.

IDFW will broadcast globally on the FNL Network platform, accessible to people via Roku TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, Android devices, and iOS devices.

IDFW will be the start of a revolutionary movement to take fashion weeks to a whole new level. This non-traditional broadcast format will create a unique opportunity for the audience to experience fashion week in a more interactive way.

IDFW will showcase men and women’s fashion merged together in an all-inclusive format.

The unique series will feature video runways, fashion films, and presentations from designers.

IDFW will represent the Bridal Fashion Week, Swim Week and the four major Fashion Weeks, New York, London, Milan, and Paris. Each series will be aired in sequential order.

FNL Network is the first and only TV network to create a digitally broadcast global fashion week.
