No new COVID-19 case in Brunei

Brunei Darussalam continued its streak of zero new COVID-19 cases yesterday, keeping the national tally at 141.

This was shared by the Ministry of Health in a statement yesterday on the latest developments on the outbreak in the country.

Some 399 individuals, who recently entered the country, are undergoing isolation at government monitoring centres, while 3,169 individuals have completed the mandatory isolation since March.

Meanwhile 395 samples have been collected in the past 24 hours for SARS-CoV-2 virus testing, bringing the total number of laboratory tests since January to 34,484.

In its breakdown of COVID- 19 cases in the country, healthinfo.gov.bn revealed 110 cases were found in the Brunei-Muara District, 25 in the Belait District and six in the Tutong District.
