More donations flow in

The Islamic Studies Department of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) launched the Infaq Tarbiah Khas COVID-19 for Arabic and religious schools. The project is open to the public, government and private sectors agencies as well as non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to donate educational needs and health packages amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yesterday, a handing over ceremony for the programme was held at the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA). The contributors were the Public Service Department, Ezy Printing Services & Trading and Samima Sdn Bhd.

Minister of Religious Affairs Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman received the donations at Dhiyafah Room of the MoRA.

The objective of Infaq Tarbiah Khas COVID-19 is to ensure that guidelines are followed and meets the needs of students, especially those from under-privileged families.
