In conjunction with the celebration of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 74th birthday, vendors set up stalls as part of perayaan (festive stalls) which started on July 15.

With 37 vendors at the premises of Tudung Saji, Kuala Belait, the perayaan has drawn over 3,200 visitors since it started earlier last week according to RYS Entertainment that assisted in managing the stalls.

Due to COVID-19, the festivities for this year were altered to adhere to the advice given by the Ministry of Health, including the BruHealth QR code scanning at entrances and body temperature scanning. Social distancing measures were also observed throughout the perayaan.
