Magistrate Hajah Ervy Sufitriana binti Haji Abdul Rahman found Deputy Public Prosecutor Ahmad Firdaus to have proven his case against Muhammad Danial bin Abdullah Wong @ Wong Hon Yet beyond the court’s reasonable doubt.

The defendant made away with a shock absorber and a brake calliper from a car parked at a house on Jalan Sungai Lalit, Lumut at 10.30am on February 17, 2019. Magistrate Hajah Ervy Sufitriana, on concluding the trial, said that the defendant’s defence of both the house and car appeared to be abandoned, was not reasonable.
