Customers must scan BruHealth QR code to enter BIBD premises

As part of its efforts to support the nation in preventing the further spread of COVID-19, all customers and visitors to Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) premises will be required to scan a BruHealth QR code prior to entry and upon exit.

This step is being taken in addition to existing precautionary measures such as temperature screening, physical distancing markers at all branches, encouraging the use of hand sanitisers, provision of protective screens as well as regular disinfectant services at all BIBD branches and premises.

Customers are advised to download and register for the BruHealth app prior to visiting a branch, if they have not already done so.

All customers, especially those who may be at higher risk of infection, are advised to avoid overcrowding at branches and go digital by performing their banking needs through BIBD NEXGEN Wallet.
