The Ministry of Health (MoH) informed the public that it is working with Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society to provide helpdesks to assist people in using the BruHealth app.

Those who want to get advice and have any questions about the app can visit the helpdesk.
The helpdesks that started yesterday will be at Rimba Point Shopping Complex Mall from Fridays to Sundays from 9am-9pm and at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex on Sundays from 10am-5pm.

Director of the Brunei Darussalam Red Crescent Society (Brunei-Muara Branch) Md Sunsai bin Laidin, said there is still a lack of awareness on the BruHealth app especially among the
elderly citizens.

“The most common problem we run into is phones that do not support the app,” said Md Sunsai.

“There are also some that forget to switch on Bluetooth and GPS location prior to scanning the QR code.”
