Classes conducted on a one-on-one basis, such as Al-Quran, cooking and make-up courses, are allowed to take place under guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health (MoH).

This includes temperature checks and the application of hand sanitisers, along with the wearing of face masks and hair nets.

These specific requirements were highlighted by Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, at a press conference yesterday.

In addition, the minister also advised food industry operators and barber shop staff to use face masks while at work.

“Those providing barbering services must clean their chairs and tools after serving customers,” he said.
