St John’s Sarawak making another 3,000 face shields for frontliners

KUCHING (BERNAMA) – Having delivered 2,000 face shields to COVID-19 healthcare frontliners, St John’s Ambulance (SJA) Sarawak is making another 3,000 this week for their use in combatting the deadly disease.

SJA Sarawak chairman and commander Datuk Seri Ang Lai Soon said yesterday they already produced 2,000 face shields under a project which started last week.

The project was the first of its kind for members of eight divisions of SJA Sarawak, as their contributions to the frontline health workers, he said when contacted.
