The Ministry of Health (MoH) continues to receive contributions as part of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of donors in assisting the Government of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in curbing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The contribution presentation was held at the Al-‘Afiah Hall of the MoH yesterday.
The Orthopaedic Society of Brunei Darussalam contributed BND1,000 presented by President Dr Ketan Pande, followed by Al-Bukhari Sdn Bhd who contributed BND3,500 presented by Marketing and Account Manager Fakri Alam, Bukit Ladang Foodstuffs Sdn Bhd who contributed five boxes of face masks by HR Manager Linda Lml and Maju Jaya Sdn Bhd who contributed BND3,000 presented by HR Officer Suziwanawaty binti Haji Mohd Asolie.
AMJ Enterprise Restaurant and Catering Services contributed BND10,000 presented by Managing Director Hajah Darrul Ain binti Abdullah, Bridgelink Enterprise contributed five units of Acer A314 laptops and 15 units of Acer A315 laptops which were handed over by a representative of Managing Director Hajah Rumaizah binti Haji Azahari, Iskandar Pu. Braun On Sdn Bhd contributed 100 thermometers and 3,000 alcohol wipes presented by Director Lim Her Jye, and Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions Sdn Bhd (Brunei) contributed BND10,000 through the BIBD COVID-19 Relief Fund account and BND10,500 worth of medical supplies presented by Chief Executive Officer Joerg Schiemann, Chief Financial Officer Kai-Henning Vathje and HR Officer Dayangku Hazlina binti Pengiran Jaludin.
The contributions were received by Chief Executive Officer Grade 1 Haji Abdul Khalid As’ari bin Haji Azahari as Acting Special Grade of CEO at the MoH.
