Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD) announced that the Credit Bureau Customer Service counter, which provides the self-inquiry report and dispute resolution service resumed on May 18.
To ensure the health and safety of the customers as well as the officers and staff on duty, AMBD is taking additional precautionary measures in accordance to guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health (MoH) relating to COVID-19 including requiring visitors to scan BruHealth QR code and limiting the number of visitors on the premises.
The operating time for the Credit Bureau Customer Service Counter during Ramadhan are 8.30am to noon on Monday to Thursday and 8am-10.30am on Friday. After Ramadhan, it is 8am-11.30am and 1.45pm-3.30pm on Monday to Thursday and 8.15am-10.30am on Friday.
