The Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) through the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) in collaboration with the Nurul Islam Association continued their welfare project called Projek Fathul Barakah 1.0. The project is one of the initiatives carried out by PDI to provide a platform for the public to provide donations to the Muallaf in need across the nation.

The donations help the Muallaf during Ramadhan so they can fast while managing their daily routines.

Four hundred and ten underprivileged Muallaf families received the donations contributed by the public in a donation drive-through that was held on April 11-12.

The donation presentation was led by PDI Director Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh and PDI Assistant Director Abdul Aziz bin Haji Abdul Kahar.

A handover of Projek Fathul Barakah was held at Darul Huda of PDI recently. Haji Abdul Rajid presented the contributions to district heads of the PDI Unit to hand over to the Muallaf in need.
