I arrived from Melbourne on March 2 at 10.45pm and it took an hour before my bags appeared on the luggage carousel.
Imagine how frustrating it is to return back after a relatively long flight only to wait around for another hour before we can leave the airport. Given the low number of passengers travelling due to COVID-19, should there be any excuse for such poor performance?
While other departments may be operating efficiently to discharge their duties within the airport, all we need is to have one section with sub standard service to pull down the overall experience of arriving passengers into Brunei. What sort of impression would this leave with tourists and business visitors?
