TAP to deploy business continuity plan to safeguard members, employers

Employees Trust Fund (TAP) will deploy its business continuity plan (BCP) and work-from-home procedures as part of its measures to safeguard its members, employers and staff, in response to the developments of the COVID-19 epidemic.

All TAP branches will be temporarily closed from tomorrow until further notice, it said in a press statement yesterday. All online services will still be available to all members.

It also said that over-the-counter transactions will be moved online, with the option of using drop boxes at the TAP PGGMB and Kuala Belait branches.

TAP said it will continue to monitor the situation in the country and called for all members and employees to adhere to the guideline set by the authorities.
