TAP encourages online service platform for members amid virus concerns

In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, Employees Trust Fund (TAP) has taken precautionary measures to ensure the health, safety and well-being of TAP members and employers as well as staff members, in accordance to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Health.

In an effort to minimise the spread of COVID-19, TAP encourages the utilisation of TAP online service platform, e-Amanah at www.tap.com.bn and TAP Call Centre (2382800) by all TAP members and employers; regular disinfectant of TAP branches, work surfaces, workstations and other general areas at TAP premises in all districts; perform temperature screening and provide hand sanitisers at all TAP branches and premises; maintain continuous communication to all TAP members and employers for any development and update through media; and implementing TAP’s Business Continuity Plan and Work from Home Guideline to mitigate the risk of outbreak.

TAP branch operations effective tomorrow will be: from Monday to Thursday and Saturday 8am-11.30am; 1.30pm-3.30pm at its headquarters at the PGGMB Building, as well as Kuala Belait and Tutong branches. Its Temburong branch will be closed.

For contribution payment of Housing Fund Scheme (STP) and SCP Self-Employed scheme, members are advised to make payment via online banking and proof of payment can be emailed to [email protected] for further processing.

Members are also advised to visit the nearest healthcare provider for any symptoms, practise good personal hygiene and wear personal protective gear prior to visiting TAP branches.
