Public support puts COVID-19 frontliners on top of the world

COVID-19 frontliners in Brunei Darussalam are in good spirits thanks to the overwhelming support from the public.

Deputy Medical Superintendent I at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital Dr Haji Muhd Nurhasanuddin bin Kelali at a press conference at the Women and Children’s Centre yesterday said, “Alhamdulillah with the public support, everyone is in a good spirit. Everyone feels very encouraged with the influx of public donation.”

The public, he said “Frequently gives us encouragement notes as well. We feel very humbled with the public support.” He added, “We feel that we are not alone in this fight. The public is also out there to support us and understand why the Ministry of Health (MoH) is enforcing several restrictions.”
