The Rizqun Coffee House’s latest ‘Seafood Sizzling’ buffet dinner promotion, which began on March 2 offers diners fresh seafood with a choice of assorted sauces – Singapore Chili Sauce, Demonte Chinese Black Pepper Sauce, Buttermilk Peanut Butter Sauce, Sos Tiga Rasa and Sambal Tumis.
Chef Nova of Rizqun Coffee House said diners can also have repeat servings of their “shell out” items from the live cooking buffet aside from the other spread of appetisers, main courses and desserts from the buffet line.
“We have a menu cycle for the main courses throughout the weekdays and our main courses are a mix of western, Chinese and Asian dishes including Kambing Bakar Air Asam Jawa, Nasi Briyani Udang, Stir Fried Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Prawn, Mushroom and Basil, Chinese Black Pepper Beef and Sayur Rebung Lemak Cili Api.”
Desserts are also served throughout the promotion including fresh cut fruits, assorted ice-cream with condiments, cakes, jellies and Malay kueh and hot gruel.
Meanwhile, the appetisers include seafood on ice such as mussel, smoked salmon and baby octopus platter, and emerald prawn on glass.
Other main attractions in the buffet are the traditional Brunei ambuyat with condiments, Noddle Station offering Laksa Johor and Seafood Tempura Station featuring crab stick, mussel, prawn, fish fillet and flower squid.
The Seafood Sizzling night which concludes on March 27 is available on weekdays.
