A High-Tea reception was hosted yesterday to welcome the newly appointed Honorary Consul of Finland in Brunei Darussalam Lim Jim Yong and presentation of Finnish Decoration to outgoing Honorary Consul of Finland in Brunei Darussalam Dato Lim Beng Thai for his long service.

The ceremony was held at the Radisson Hotel, Bandar Seri Begawan.
