Best Sdn Bhd opens new building

Best Integrated Engineer Solution and Supplies Sdn Bhd (BEST Sdn Bhd), which started off as an HSE in-house consultation service provider in supplying HSE related products, has since expanded in providing in-house training majoring in HSE such as rope tactics rescue training, Managing Director Muhammad Isam bin Haji Ibrahim said.

He made these comments at a ceremony to mark the opening of the new building at the Belait Light Industrial Area yesterday.

Guest of honour, Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Laila Diraja Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Hazair bin Haji Awang Abdullah was welcomed to the venue by Muhammad Isam.

The ceremony began with a briefing on HSE.

The managing director said the company has been serving the oil and gas industry, infrastructure companies, aviation and the marine industries of Brunei since 2012.

“With our main objective of continuously providing the best service to our customers, we are fully committed to our quality of service with ISO 9001-2015,” he said.

Muhammad Isam said, “As we grow, the facilities that we have invested along with our vision to serve the oil and gas industry, will help us realise our aim of achieving the nation’s vision of diversifying towards a developed Brunei in line with Brunei Vision 2035 guidelines,” he said.

The ceremony continued with the managing director presenting a token of appreciation to the guest of honour. This was followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony by the guest of honour and management heads. Later the guest of honour unveiled the plaque.

Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Laila Diraja Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Hazair also toured the new building and facilities and observed a rope tactic demonstration.

Executive Director Agnes Deelen, Business Development Director Felicia Yong, staff and guests were also present.
