The Mosque Affairs Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) delivered a religious talk as part of its ‘Masjidku Makmur, Negara Berkat’ programme.

Mosque Affairs Officer Haji Mohammad Sahri bin Haji Sulaiman highlighted that the Ummah do not have the power to diminish themselves in Islam.

However, Allah the Almighty has paved the way for the Ummah to pass away in the seed of husnul khotimah (to achieve a good ending).

One has to care and abide by Allah the Almighty’s command to obtain them and at the same time aiming and praying for Allah the Almighty’s blessings. The event was organised this week by MoRA and supported by the Prime Minister’s Office. The programme was attended by Permanent Secretary at the MoRA Dato Seri Setia Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof and Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy and Religious) at the MoRA Haji Mohd Serudin bin Haji Timbang.

The programme was initiated by MoRA through its Mosque Affairs Department, the Islamic Da’wah Centre and the Islamic Syiar Development Division.

The purpose of the talk is to encourage the presence of more worshippers for mass Subuh prayer at the Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque and gain blessings through the prayers and religious activities.
