Goldiana Café Restaurant at Mulia Hotel surprised diners with new dishes the chefs prepared in celebration of the year 2020. Members of the local media and food bloggers were invited to an introduction of the new menu with the hotel’s Director Jake Goh.

He pointed out that the menu was prepared by the chefs and most of the new dishes are the ones diners enjoyed during the hotel’s Ramadhan buffet including the all-time favourite Ambuyat Set Meal.

“We are also offering a 25 per cent off the bill from January 1 – 31 as part of the introduction to our restaurant’s patrons. And as part of our environment drive, we are giving away one free stainless straw at a minimum spending in one bill,” he added. The new dishes can be selected from the new a la carte menu such as Roti Kuning Kawin with eggs or the special appetisers fritters and Kelupis. Also included are the fusion of local and western dishes such as spaghetti sambal belacan and the hotel’s popular beef rendang and fried noodle.

With the Chinese New Year celebration approaching, it has become a tradition for Chinese families to have a feast during the celebration to symbolise family unity. Mulia’s Vanda Chinese Restaurant is also offering its New Year dishes for the auspicious occasion. Vanda is offering its Halal Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang and Prosperity Abalone Yee Sang, specially crafted by the restaurant’s chef who specialises in Chinese cuisine. In addition, there is the extensive list of menu sets offered with the choices included for Chap Goh Meh set and the Prosperity Set.
