Twenty-three offences were recorded during a joint operation held at the Kuala Lurah Immigration Control Post recently.
Twenty-one compound cases were recorded under the Traffic Control and Investigation Department (JSKLL) of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF), while the other two offences were under the Land Transport Department (JPD).
The operation was held in conjunction with the school holiday season and new year celebration and involved a number of enforcement agencies such as JSKLL of the Limau Manis Police Station as well as JPD and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) with 55 officers and personnel.
Led by the Acting Head of the JSKLL Administration Unit Deputy Superintendent of Police Ang Lay Bee, the objective was ensure the laws implemented are carried out and obeyed by the community.
The RBPF advises the public to always be vigilant and comply with traffic laws.
