McDonald’s staff attended the inaugural ‘Feel Good Moment, Easy for Everyone’ course in Gadong.
It was conducted by globally certified facilitator Associate Director of Training from McDonald’s Indonesia Olia M Sidik.
“Some 50 leaders comprising assistant managers and office level staff participated in the course which will help customers experience a different environment,” Olia said.
Activities included games on changing mindset and behaviour.
“The organiser received positive responses from participants, saying they learnt something new when engaging customers.
“They became more open-minded and improved their behaviour. It also upgraded their customer’s engagement so they can feel the good moment,” Olia added.
