With the start of 2020, Concepts Computer vowed to double its efforts to better serve their customers following the unveiling of two company vehicles adorned with major brands Epson and Acer colours.

Unveiling the vehicles with bunga rampai at the ceremony were General Manager of Concepts Computer Vincent Pao, Financial Controller for Concepts Computer Alice Chan, Managing Director for Epson Malaysia Sdn Bhd Daisuke Hori, Manager of Product Management/Business Management in Sales and Marketing for Epson Malaysia Sdn Bhd Kelvin Chang, Senior Retail Executive for Concepts Computer Azalinah Tuah and Marketing Executive at Concepts Computer Zul Abdul Rahman.

Vincent Pao said, “Concepts Computer does not compromise when it comes to serving our customers, so it was an easy decision for us to dedicate two vehicles in our fleet as a commitment to serve our customers better.” He added, “Going forward into 2020, Concepts would like to do much more for our customer base, and that starts here with these two company vehicles.”

In a separate interview about Epson performance in the Brunei market last year, Daisuke Hori revealed, “I think the overall sales are growing and we can see a positive sign of growth. We see that there is great opportunity to increase Wi-Fi printer sales.”

He aims to increase market education on the latest product features. “So far very good and we believe that there is still room for improvement in projector sales. Epson is the number one provider of projectors and it’s also number one in Malaysia.”

This year, he highlighted, “Epson is also focussing on monochrome printers in Brunei. The print quality is better with low running cost in the long run.”
