BNBA gets a boost with MoU signing with Yonex Sunrise Singapore

The Brunei Darussalam National Badminton Association (BNBA) received a major boost in the development of badminton in the country following a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing with Yonex Sunrise Singapore at Mulia Hotel on Friday.

Signing on behalf of the BNBA was its President Pengiran Haji Hamzah bin Pengiran Haji Mohamad while Yonex Sunrise Singapore was represented by its Executive Marketing Officer Leonard Lai Hwa Tong.

The signing is hoped to encourage the association to be active in organising badminton championships in the country.

Through the MoU, Yonex Sunrise will sponsor national badminton athletes and association in the form of equipment and prizes for competitions organised by BNBA from October 2019 to September 2024.

BNBA President Pengiran Haji Hamzah said the memorandum serves as a catalyst for the association to move forward.
