The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) has invited applications from Brunei citizens to serve in the RBPF as Cadet/Probationary Inspector Officers. The applications are available from January 6-February 8.
Applicants must be aged between 18-30, holders of BDTVEC/BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) qualification or its equivalent and have credit in ‘O’ Level Malay and English languages.
Privileges of this position include pensionable scheme of service.
Male applicants must not be under five feet, two inches in height with Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5 to 28, while female applicants must not be under five feet tall with BMI of 18.5 to 28. Applicants must have normal colour vision, are medically fit, pass physical fitness test and must pass the security vetting.
Successful candidates will undergo no less than nine months of basic training, and will be on probation for a period of no less than three years. They will be attached to different formations of the RBPF. They must pass the Probationary Inspector Exam before the confirmation of their position.
