The Neighbourhood Watch by the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) is seen to help in assisting and prevent criminal activities in villages in the country.

Several crimes prevention patrols were conducted in recent weeks including visiting and observing the handing over of old age pension at several villages throughout

the country led by officer-in-charge of police Station and focal point, appointed Neighbourhood Watch as well as penghulu, villages heads and Neighbourhood Watch members.

The RBPF in a statement said that it is time for the community to work together and get involved in the Neighbourhood Watch programme platform so it can be practised properly.
