Green Depot will conduct workshops for the school holidays targetting children and youth.
The workshops aim to promote awareness and educate the younger generation on environmental issues, specifically on recycling and biodiversity.
‘Recycling 101’ is open for children aged seven to 14. The workshop will be held on December 21 at Green Depot. Children will learn about how to recycle at home and in school, through fun games and group activities.
The second workshop, ‘Recycling and Biodiversity,’ will expose youth aged 15-21 to a series of interactive sessions and a forest trek to learn about biodiversity and the impact of human activities, especially related to waste management. The workshop will be held at the Tropical Biodiversity Centre on December 26.
