Proud moment for Micronet BTEC students

Nur Amni Bazilah binti Haji Bukri and Muhammad Sirajuddin bin Haji Esmit, Micronet International College top students received the prestigious Pearson BTEC Outstanding Learner Awards at Shaw Foundation Alumni House, National University of Singapore on September 6.

The awards are presented to outstanding students who are recognised as among the country and/or world’s best performing students in their respective courses.

Nur Amni Bazilah was recognised for her Distinction achievement in Pearson BTEC Level 5 HND in Computing and Systems Development (QCF) and Muhammad Sirajuddin was recognised for his Distinction achievement in Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in IT. Both of the recipients received a certificate and a medal in recognition of their outstanding accomplishments. Present during the proud and memorable award ceremony was Principal of Micronet International College Sharon Chin and the students’ family members.

Indeed, receiving an award for all the hard work to achieve academic excellence has finally paid off for the two proud BTEC awardees. This kind of achievement is a very good motivation to push us, the students to aim for excellence in our academics. It will not only prepare us for future employment but also brings great sense of pride to our family and to ourselves.
