Wheels move for Capital Bike Week on November 30

Some 300 bikers are expected to converge at the Dermaga Diraja, Bandar Seri Begawan for the inaugural Capital Bike Week (CBW) 2019 to be held from November 30 to December 1.

This was highlighted by CBW co-organiser Zolkflee bin Butir during a press conference at the Youth Centre yesterday.

The Local motorcycling community as well as representatives from neighbouring states of Sabah and Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur and participants from Europe are expected to attend. Organisers will also host several activities during the three-day event, which include motorcycle rides at various landmarks in the capital and guided tours.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will also participate showcasing products such as motorcycle merchandise, accessories and many more.

The event also coincides with the Brunei December Festival 2019 which will begin on December 1.

Members of the public as well as motorcycle enthusiasts are welcome to participate.

The event is organised in collaboration with Zol Entertainment and the Veteran Motorcycle Club.

It has been sanctioned by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and government bodies.

Permanent Secretary Administration (Finance and Estate) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud was present.

Chairman of the Veteran Motorcycle Club Mu’adz bin Haji Abdul Hamid and representatives from various motorcycle clubs were also present.
