A taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine

Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam recently launched Vietnamese food promotion at its all-day dining restaurant, Tasek Brasserie.

The promotion features iconic Vietnamese dishes namely, spring roll with shrimps and herbs, traditional pho noodle with beef or chicken, Vietnamese pancake and more.

Radisson Brunei specially flown in chef Le Thanh Hao and chef Pham Din Thi from the Radisson Blu Plaza in Vietnam to prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine for the promotion which began at 6.30pm to 10pm until November 3.

General Manager of the Radisson Hotel Jerome van Helden invited guests to try the dishes and thanked partners, Baiduri Bank and Royal Brunei Airlines for their support.
