His Majesty leaves Indonesia after two-day visit

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa‘adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam left the Republic of Indonesia after attending the Official Inauguration Ceremony of the 8th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo.

Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.

Prior to leaving the hotel, Doa Selamat was recited by State Mufti Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr) Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned. Present at the Sukarno-Hatta International Airport to bid farewell to His Majesty were Minister of Foreign Affairs II Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Republic of Indonesia Brigadier General (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Haji Yussof bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Director General for ASEAN Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republik of Indonesia Jose Morato Tavares; and officers from the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Jakarta.
