The Law Society of Brunei Darussalam announced that it will conduct its 22nd free Legal Advice Clinic relating to civil and criminal matters from 11am to 1pm, at the Law & Subordinate Courts Building, Batu Satu, Jalan Tutong and at Magistrates’ Court Building in Kuala Belait tomorrow.

The clinic aims to promote free legal advice to members of the public who, in view of their limited earning capacity, would otherwise be unable and/or constrained to obtain such assistance.

Advice at both clinics will be provided on a ‘first come first serve’ basis to members of the public. The entitled member of public must not be represented by any law firm; present a copy of recent Brunei-issued Identity Card; provide proof of current residential address; and provide proof of income/allowance of less than BND1,500 per month.
