30 compete in fun games to win prizes

Rosni binti Ismail finished three fun yet difficult games to win herself a three-day and two-night vacation for four at Sunway Lagoon Resort with BND1,500 cash at the Suzuki’s Holiday in Funland Grand Draw at the ongoing Suzuki Roadshow at The Mall, Gadong yesterday.

Rosni, who bought a Suzuki Ignis in August for her daughter to go to school, in an interview said, “Alhamdulillah, I managed to win the grand prize today. The games were fun but they were not easy.” Second place went to Nooryati binti Haji Jarudin who won a three-day and two-night vacation for three at Sunway Lagoon Resort with BND1,000 cash while third place winner Erna Marleyia binti Haji Deli won a three-day and two-night vacation for two at Sunway Lagoon Resort with BND800 Cash.

Haji Ali @ Haji Abdul Aziz bin Haji Zakat and Md Nurfanizan bin Milei each won a two-day and one-night stay at Ulu Temburong National Park for two.

The remaining five contestants who made it to the second stage each won a Brunei River Cruise Dinner set for six.

During the grand draw, 30 participants were selected to compete in the games.

The first stage was the Baby Rattle where the contestants had to transfer candies from one bottle to the empty bottle within one minute. Only the top 10 customers with the fastest time went through to the second stage.

In the second stage, they played the Floating Ping Pong game where they had to blow the floating ping pong ball from one cup to another. Only the top five winners were selected by the end of the game.

The five finalists then played the Separation Anxiety game where each was blindfolded and needed to sort out the candies by colours with verbal help from their partner.

During the prize presentation ceremony, winners of the recent Vitara Hikari Green Screen Competition was also presented with prizes.

Mohammad Azdi bin Morsidi secured first prize and took home BND300. Second place went to Muhammad Dhabit Firdaus bin Abdullah who took home BND150 while Dayangku Siti Nurol

Adilah Azirah binti Pengiran Norkamarol Shah won BND100 for finishing third.

Sales Executive Manager of Boustead Sdn Bhd Wang Kai Choon presented the prizes.

The public can visit the Suzuki Roadshow at The Mall to experience the latest Suzuki models until tomorrow.

Customers who purchase selected Suzuki models from now until February 5, 2020 stand a chance to win a Suzuki Jimny.
