Brunei Darussalam Amateur Radio Association (BDARA) was also involved in supporting World Heart Day Walk, Run & Cycle event organised by the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Gleneagles Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC).
Twenty-four members led by BDARA President Major (Rtd) Haji Tamat bin Haji Lampoh were deployed at 26 check points along the 11km route.
BDARA is one of the non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in Brunei active in supporting sports event organised by government departments and other organisations.
BDARA’s next activity is joining Oceania DX Contest from October 5-6. They will send delegates to Borneo Amateur Radio Festival (BARF) in Kota Kinabalu in November and the 47th Seanet Convention in Johor.
