32 senior Brunei golfers compete in ASEAN meet

Thirty-two senior golfers from the Brunei Darussalam Association of Senior Golfers (BDASG) left for Kuala Lumpur yesterday to participate in the 36th ASEAN Senior Amateur Golf Championship 2019.

The contingent is led by BDASG President Pehin Orang Kaya Lela Pahlawan Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohammad Jaafar bin Haji Abdul Aziz.

The 36th ASEAN Senior Amateur Golf Championship 2019, hosted by the Senior Golf Society of Malaysia (SGSM), will be held from today until September 25 at the Glenmarie Golf and Country Club, Kuala Lumpur.

A total of 256 players from six ASEAN member countries comprising Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia will compete in the championship.
