No dumping of toxic waste in latest incident at Pasir Gudang School

JOHOR BAHRU (Bernama) – The stench which caused 33 students from Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Pasir Putih, Pasir Gudang to experience vomiting, shortness of breath and dizziness on Wednesday was not due to dumping of toxic waste, police said.

Johor police chief Datuk Mohd Kamarudin Md Din, who confirmed this, said he had contacted Seri Alam district police chief Superintendent Ismail Dolah to inquire into the matter but was informed that no toxic waste disposal had been detected so far.
