THE Town and Country Planning Department (TCP) signed a partnership agreement with Go Rush Co, a local company that provides delivery services to homes and offices.
The purpose of this service is for the convenience of the public and customers of the department, particularly Qualified Persons (QPs) and Licensed Land Surveyors (LLS) in the submission of the application documents to TCP and the subsequent submission of Planning Approval Letter to the applicant.
This service is one of the department’s initiatives to improve the quality of services provided to the public and make them more efficient in support of the government’s efforts to provide a convenient platform for businesses in Brunei Darussalam.
Users of the Go Rush service will be charged a minimum fee for each delivery depending on the area and type of service selected. QPs and LLS who wish to use the service must register with Go Rush online through the ‘www.gorushbn.com’ website.
A one-time registration for the service is required. Payment must be made through an online bank transfer or Quick Pay before delivery through cash on delivery (COD) upon receipt of relevant documents. The TCP hoped that the service will be utilised by customers, in particular QPs and LLS.
