Crime watch operations held across country

Crime watch operations by the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and Neighbourhood Watch groups from different villages across the country continued to ensure peace and harmony in the local communities.

Neighbourhood Watch Unit personnel of the Bandar Seri Begawan (BSB) Central Police Station and Kampong Limau Manis Police Station together with members of Neighbourhood Watch groups from Kampong Bengkurong and Kampong Limau Manis conducted a crime watch operation at Simpang 66 in Kampong Bengkurong on Thursday evening.

In the Temburong District, a similar operation was carried out around Kampong Buda-Buda by personnel from the Bangar Police Station and Neighbourhood Watch group of Kampong Buda-Buda.

Meanwhile, in the Belait District, the Lorong 3 Barracks in Seria and the vicinity of Pengiran Setia Negara Pengiran Mohd Yusof Primary School were the focus of a crime watch operation carried out by Seria Police Station and a local Neighbourhood Watch group.

Another crime watch operation was held in the Tutong District by the Lamunin Police Station personnel and members of a local Neighbourhood Watch group which focussed on six locations in Kampong Danau.

No criminal elements were found by the police during the operations.
