Concerns over RIPAS Hospital’s cleanliness

I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction over the cleanliness of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital.

At the time my husband was warded, I was surprised to see that the floors were not swept thoroughly and I could still see the bits of rubbish on the floor.

The toilets were rarely clean and had run out of tissues. Some unpleasant odour was also in the air. Even the toilets at the lobby and surau had the same issues.

The surau also needs to be cleaned. I felt that the carpet had never been vacuumed with dirt and dust visible. It is inconvenient for visitors and patients if the hospital is not clean.

A few years back, I had to take care of my mom when she was warded the almost a month.

But the cleanliness was up to standard and I was delighted with the condition.

Can the authorities please look into this?
