‘Brisbane Week Menu’ marks RB’s recommencement of flight

ROYAL Skies, in collaboration with Alter Ego Fusion Cafe, will run an Australian-themed ‘Brisbane Week Menu’ to celebrate the recent recommencement of Royal Brunei Airlines’ (RB) flight to Brisbane, Australia.

According to a press release, customers are welcome to enjoy both a brunch and dinner menu beginning from July 13-19.

The brunch menu will be held from 11.30am to 1.30pm, and serves a three-course brunch with any choice of drinks starting from BND23. The dinner menu will be held from 6pm onwards, and serves a three-course dinner with any choice of drinks starting from BND28.

The menus will feature dishes utilising fresh Australian produce, as well as Alter Ego’s interpretation of staple Australian dishes in the dining scene.

Chief Executive Officer of Alter Ego Ng Po Loong said, “We are delighted for RB’s recommencement of the Brisbane route and we are proud to be the exclusive F&B partner for the Brisbane route promotion.”

“In celebration of such a momentous occasion, our restaurant will be bringing a taste of Australia closer to home through the launch of this menu.”

Meanwhile, Loyalty Manager for Royal Skies April Galera Chu said, “This is a good opportunity to organise campaigns with our partners.”

“Our guests are able to dine and earn points while dining at the outlet and celebrate the special occasion. Our guests should present their Royal Skies card or number as ever BND1 spent will receive two Royal Skies miles.”

Customers who dine with the Brisbane Week Menu will stand a chance to win either a return Economy ticket to Brisbane of 10,000 Royal Skies miles.

The Brisbane Week Menu is also in collaboration with PDS Abattoir, a subsidiary company under Darussalam Assets as the meat supplier to introduce dry aged Australian Angus steaks which are new to the market in Brunei.
