TO BETTER understand the array of BIBD campaigns, products and services, members of the public are welcome to visit the BIBD booth at the 22nd Consumer Fair at the International Convention Centre (ICC).
BIBD customers will also be able to learn about BIBD Aspirasi, the certificate of deposit scheme that provides rewards for savings, that includes a grand prize of BND250,000 which is introduced to support national and Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam’s (AMBD) objectives to promote a savings culture and prudent money management in Brunei.
Sign-ups for the BIBD Mastercard credit card will entitle customers to the Swipe to Travel Campaign with a grand prize of 500,000 Hadiah Points and a travel package worth BND5,000.
BIBD customers will also be rewarded with coffee vouchers apart from waivers on all financing processing fees when they sign up for those financing.
Being the official bank partner for CF22, BIBD aims to encourage a cashless transaction during the event.
BIBD, with strong support towards AMBD Digital roadmap, has established a strong platform to enable digital payment solutions with the series of digital payment capabilities through its latest release of the BIBD NEXGEN platform through the BIBD NexGen Mobile application’s latest release, the BIBD QuickPay.
Launched last August, the series of Mastercard Contactless cards being converted that enable simple, easy and secured transactions and on top of it all receiving instant rewards through a more attractive series of Hadiah Points for every card swipes, tap or wave.
During the Consumer Fair, most merchants will be provided with terminals that will accept contactless as well as the QuickPay option for them to make payment options to include their Hadiah Points.
A video competition was also launched to invite the public to make a short video that shows how the digital payment (contactless, QuickPay and potentially Mobile Wallet through NFC technology).
Themed ‘World beyond Cash’, BIBD hopes to reward the creative ones with the latest mobile phones.
