MS PDB forward Abdul Azim bin Abdul Rashid scored a dramatic winner in the 4-3 win over Setia Perdana in the DST Super League at the Berakas Sports Complex last night.
Aziz Hanafi bin Haji Bakri gave Setia Perdana the lead in the 13th minute but Md Fazizzul bin Hussin restored parity in the 25th minute.
The police personnel turned the tie on its head as Md Zul Khairie bin Haji Md Saleh tucked away a penalty in the 34th minute.
Setia Perdana ensured that both sides went into the break all square after Ahmad bin Karim struck in the 44th minute.
MS PDB captain Md Fakrol Tamimi bin Sahari put his side back in front in the 52nd minute.
The basement dwellers responded after MS PDB defender Md Hisham bin Hazman inadvertently headed the ball into his own net after reacting from a cross in the 81st minute.
However, MS PDB were not to be denied as Abdul Azim struck a fine volley home after connecting from an inch-perfect cross.
MS PDB climbed above Kota Ranger FC with 19 points in fifth place having played a game more than them while Setia Perdana remained bottom in the 10-team table with four points.
