As part of the Taste of Iran and Iran’s National Day, Anjung Saujana Restaurant in collaboration with Iran Embassy conducted a cooking demonstration for 20 guests yesterday.
The cooking class was led by Chef Ahmad Karbalaee, a culinarian from the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accompanied by Anjung Saujana chefs.
Anjung Saujana held the complimentary class as a show of appreciation to guests. During the two-hour cooking session, attendees prepared three dishes. Among the dishes featured were Olivieh Salad, Kookoo Sabzi and Persian Halva.
