118 Residence officially opened with an exclusive viewing yesterday afternoon. The preview began with the recitation of Doa by Mosque Affairs Officer Haji Yusli bin Haji Ashli followed by welcoming remarks of CEO Eco-Green Development Lim Wei Siu.

Lim said the objective of 118 Residence is to elevate the standards of high-rise residences in Brunei, introducing a fully serviced condominium with concierge services and comprehensive facilities to make residents feel like they live in a hotel.

“We achieved our target today with the strong support from our purchasers and tenants taking possession of their new homes.

” He said the residence was accorded the award for Best Residential High-Rise Development in Brunei with a grade of five-stars at the Asia Pacific Property Awards held in Bangkok recently.

Lim said Eco-Green Development hopes to contribute to the development of many more lifestyle projects in Brunei Darussalam. Designed by Hong Kong-based designer, LYK Studios, 118 Residence is located strategically in the vicinity of the Kiulap commercial area. Developed by Eco-Green Development Sdn Bhd and managed by Eco Estate, the condominium offers exclusive lifestyle to tenants with its nine-storey of private condominiums perched above three-levels of car parking bays. Apart from the myriad of facilities and the 10 service suites, the property also offers venues and services for non-residents to organise events such as seminars and talks.

Guests were ushered into the residence premises and taken a tour of the residence including the upper deck floor where guests could enjoy the beautiful panoramic view that the infinity pool offers.
