Nur Ridwana Syazwina binti Sukardi emerged as the champion of the 10th ASEAN Quiz at national level held at the Information Department headquarters on Tuesday. Ten participants who collected the highest scores competed in the final round of the ASEAN Quiz.
Nur’Aishah Irdhina binti Haji Ahmad Yani Zulkarnain was placed second and Nursyamimi Syazwana binti Jeffryzin third.
The three winners were Year 9 students of Ma’had Islam Brunei.
The quiz was organised by the Information Department at the Prime Minister’s Office through its International Affairs Unit in collaboration with Akli Unit of the Co-Curriculum Education Department, Ministry of Education.
Acting Director of the Information Department Siti Bismi Nuruliman binti Haji Emzah attended the event.
The winners will represent the Sultanate to compete with winners from other ASEAN member countries in the 9th Regional Level of the ASEAN Quiz from December 11-16 hosted by Myanmar.
