THE Youth Centre of Bandar Seri Begawan through its Youth Community Transformation Club of the Cooking Academy will be holding a series of cooking and baking classes in conjunction with the upcoming month-long school holidays.
Among the objectives of the activity are to polish youth skills in baking and cooking while at the same time to bring benefit for them in attaining life-skills and generate income based on their acquired skills.
The classes are open for youth between the ages of 15 and 40 years and will be facilitated by Farina binti Haji Mohd Idris, a mentor from Tambak Kayangan.
A number of exciting menus and scrumptious dishes and cakes will be demonstrated during her classes such as cupcakes, cakes, spaghetti, cookies, salted egg prawn, pasta making, Hokkaido cheese tart and many more.
Registration forms can be obtained at the Youth Centre in the capital and must be submitted before November 22.
